Odell Beckham Jr. had one of the best, if not the best, rookie seasons for a wide receiver in NFL history for the New York Giants in 2014. The 12th overall selection in the 2014 NFL Draft out of LSU, Beckham Jr. missed the first four games of the season due to hamstring issues, but in the final 12 games, all he did was compile 91 receptions for 1,305 yards, and 12 receiving touchdowns. The New York Jets received a gift from the NFL draft gods on its first night, having the uber-talented Leonard Williams slide all the way to the sixth overall selection. Possibly the best overall player in the draft, Jets fan should be eager to see what Williams can bring to the field. However, with Williams on board, Muhammad Wilkerson may be closer than ever to leaving the New York Jets.
With the sixth pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, the New York Jets have selected defensive end Leonard Williams out of USC. Considered by many to be the top prospect in the draft, the Jets were ecstatic to see him slide to the sixth pick and had to pull the trigger on the superb defensive prospect.
